Germany
DAAD - The German Academic Exchange. DAAD scholarships are awarded to the academic with special qualifications for postgraduate studies in all areas of science. Europe
ALBAN - The European Commission in 2002 adopted the Alban Program, which are high-level scholarships for Latin Americans. The Alban program will allow students, professionals, academics and future managers from Latin America to benefit from the excellent higher education in the European Union. The first group of Alban scholarship recipients has just begun their post-graduate education (master's or doctorate) or specialty (advanced professional training). EDUFRANCE - An agency created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the French Ministry of Education, with offices worldwide which offer individualized advice for anyone thinking of studying in France.
