• Written test (1) Japanese (compulsory) (2) English (optional): Thursday 2nd July 2009* The previous years' examinations
• Interview --for applicants from the Flemish Community: Thursday 9th July 2009 --for applicants from the French Community: To be determined
• Departure for Japan: April or October 2010
