New scholarship opportunity in Norway

As from the academic year 2009-2010, the Research Council of Norway is offering mobility grants to highly qualified, international Ph.D. students and younger researchers from 25 countries in connection with research stays in Norway of one to ten months through the YGGDRASIL mobility programme.

The programme offers grants to the following 25 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

The application deadline is 22 April 2009.

Dear
I am official of the Royal Academy of Cambodia, Pichetr Ly.I know that the education in Cambodia is low but I think you should give scholarship for the Cambodia, especially to the Royal Academy of Camboida where is educated all field, and collecttion of the Khmer intelligence. The members of the Institute are the advicer of the government and professors of the other instutite Cambodia.
