Excellent students with a Bachelors Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Bioinformatics are strongly encouraged to apply before 30. April 2009.

  1. The application form, completely filled-in
  2. Two letters of reference from previous supervisors,send directly by the referee to: anja.noecker@uni-duesseldorf.de
  3. Transcripts of previous study, including credit hours and marks obtained and copies of relevant diplomasand degrees in English language
  4. Documentation of proficiency in the English language, such as TOEFL or IELTS (can be waived for domestic applicants)
  5. A statement of purpose explaining the motivation for joining a training program in the molecular plant sciences
  6. A Curriculum Vitae detailing education and training and previous research experience
