Interested applicants MUST meet the following conditions:
-Cambodian nationality
-Genuine need of financial assistance
-Good mental and psychological aptitude
-Excellent academic achievement

Requirements
Interested applicants are required to submit:
-A duly completed Application Form
-2 passport-sized (4 x 6) photographs;
-Certified copies of acceptance letters, study records and exam transcripts;
-Photocopy of the applicant's identification card;
-A recommendation from applicant's teacher or lecturer;
-A signed declaration of parent's occupation and annual gross income
